Shine's NBM system and Country Energy feature in The Age/Sydney Morning Herald in a case study called "Billing Software Generates Savings":

When squabbling over chump change was holding up multimillion-dollar bill payments, Country Energy called in an electronic referee to settle billing disputes quickly.
Electricity retailer and network operator Country Energy serves more than 800,000 customers in NSW, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland and the ACT. Owning more than 185,000 kilometres of powerlines, it charges electricity retailers to move power from the generators to the customers. It issues these retailers with bills for multimillions of dollars, consisting of hundreds of thousands of line items, to cover delivery costs.
