Shine Technologies has completed a full rewrite of the MYER one program website (https://www.myerone.com.au/), including the migration of all members from the existing legacy system. This included use of a new Content Management System (OpenCMS) and a Java service based architecture through to the legacy system. Shine's Shaun Ervine has release an awesome widget that can display the results of a Jira filter. You can download it here. The widget allows you to see the type, title and even the description (hover over for a tool tip) as well as linking directly into viewing the issue in a browser. Keep in mind, this widget requires the Jira RPC Plugin to be enabled.

Shine Technologies - in its role as the main software development partner of the FlyBuys loyalty program - played an important role in the delivery of the FlyBuys Petrol Voucher promotion. The promotion allows FlyBuys members to redeem 1000 points for a 10c fuel voucher. Used in conjunction with the regular 4c voucher from Coles, members can get 14c per litre off the price at the bowser....

Last night, Shine Technologies was announced as a winner at the Australian Information Industry Association awards ceremony in Sydney.

Our software product, NBV (Network Billing Validation), won against two other finalists in the category for Financial Applications.
