Shine today hosted the NBV User Group 2011 at the Langham, Melbourne. 10 NBV clients covering the east and the west of the country, 6 hours, 2 Masterclasses and 6 key presentations later; NUOS Settlements has never been so interesting. A big thank you to our participants, whose willingness to share their experiences, processes and successes made the day extremely successful for all involved.

Other highlights; the first demonstration of NBV on the cloud, NSW Gas for NBV 9, and Mass Revalidations were all product highlights. Origin's Dispute Resolution 'best practice' presentation a wonderful process highlight. The day also saw the summary of the annual user survey published, and we thank all respondents for their overwhelmingly positive responses. With the benchmark set high - we've got a sizeable challenge for the coming year; bring it on!
