Shine Technologies today announced it had secured the EWP Upgrade path project at Sensis. This project will upgrade the existing White Pages application used by directory assistance staff to be J2EE based and include Yellow Pages content. This project was won against stiff competition from major vendors.

TXU Australian goes live with NBV for electricity (5 August 2002)

TXU Australia today went live with the Shine Technologies Network Billing Validation solution for their electricity customers. Work has commenced on implementation of the solution for their gas customers and is due for release in several weeks.

Jason Brownlee wins Artificial Intelligence article award (10 July 2002)

Shine Technologies staff member Jason Brownlee today won the AI Depot award for his artificial intelligence essay. Jason's essay was judged the best article by his peers who also entered the competition. Congratulations Jason!

Matthew James becomes JBoss certified (4 June 2002)

Congratulations to Matthew James, who today became JBoss Certified. Matthew scored 94% on the exam, the highest recorded to date according to Marc Fleury.
